FEA and SPN have combined the strengths of both organizations to provide individual educators and schools a variety of forums to network with each other, gain access to successful practices, develop and share high quality academically integrated lesson plans, and participate in online instruction via an interactive and easy to search website.

The Foundation for Educational Administration (FEA) was founded in 1985 as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization to provide professional development for the members of the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association. FEA is recognized statewide and nationally as a premier organization for providing quality professional development to improve student achievement and sustainable school improvement throughout New Jersey and in other states. FEA's major goals include addressing critical and emerging issues in educational leadership through program development and research and to provide comprehensive training programs to teachers and school leaders reflecting recruitment, retention and renewal.

The Successful Practices Network (SPN) is a not-for-profit membership organization that supports a network of individual educators and member schools committed to building national model schools of excellence. In this period of declining resources, SPN serves as a cost effective and sustainable way for K-12 educators to connect with each other as they identify and share instructional practices. SPN and our members are committed to rigor and relevance for all learners, with a focus on enhancing student engagement and improving student achievement.
